Im really thankful for this.I just got my twists put in and im waiting two weeks until they settle in to wash.I wanted to ask how is dr.bronner's liquid soap?I really wanna use it because it's organic and within my budget at my local kroger's grocery store.
lord give me strength
Greets Carmeal Adonis,
I'm going to post an article about this pretty soon. Dr. Bonner's is castile soap. It's good in the sense that it's natural, bad in the sense that it's a base castile formulation. In other words, it'd be like washing our hair with a bar of soap. You can do it, but it's not ideal.
If you choose to use a castile, it's best if it's formulated for use on on hair. The ingredients list will read like a traditional "shampoo" with additives that strengthen hair, moisturize, etc...
