SHIPMENTS: naani's naturals hair & skin care products are hand crafted. To insure maximum fragrance, we keep a limited quantity on stock at all times. Although most orders arrive within 5-7 business days, please allow 2-3 weeks for final delivery. If you need your shipment sooner, please contact us directly after placing your order to request Expedited Services.INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Yes, we ship to non-United States locations. International customers will be charged seperately for all Free Domestic Shipping items.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: FEDEX/USPS damages are to be reported to FEDEX/USPS within 3 business days of shipment receipt and then to naani as most items are insured.
Please don’t accept delivery of packages which are visibly damaged or leaking. No reports will be accepted after the 72 hour grace period.
DAMAGE AFTER DELIVERY: We take every precaution to secure products and avoid spills. Please open all products carefullly. We will not be responsible for accidental or unintentional spills.OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS: Occasionally, products may be out of stock. This may delay your shipment for several business days. If we anticipate a longer delay, we will contact you or refund the items accordingly.
