When Erykah Badu first sprang onto the music scene, her elaborate head wraps breathed life back into this traditional African style.
 
Although not new to the African culture, head wraps are now being worn not only in formal settings, but in day-to-day casual wear.

Head wraps can be achieved in several different ways. You will need approximately 2 yards of cloth; the more fabric you use, the bigger, and more elegant the wrap.
